Applying effective selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals. Encouraging team selling to positively impact store sales and metrics goals. Assisting with visual merchandising and conducting merchandise stock counts. Managing the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to reach merchandise, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
