About the Role Join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative, where you will provide outstanding customer service at our point of sale and customer service areas. Your focus will be on executing tasks efficiently while creating memorable experiences for our customers. What You'll Do: Welcome customers by greeting them and assisting with inquiries about our products and services. Manage transactions efficiently by operating a cash register, scanning items, and processing various payment methods. Ensure compliance with our point of sale and customer service standards, delivering friendly, quick, and accurate service. Aim to meet or exceed personal sales goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Help maintain accurate inventory by following company procedures in sales and merchandise handling. Contribute to training new team members by sharing best practices and effective service techniques to embody Kohl's brand standards. Be actively involved in daily service routines, such as cash balancing, ordering change, and ensuring supplies are replenished. Availability during various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
