You'll create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and play a key role in their shopping experience. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and assist them with product and service inquiries. Operate a cash register, scan items, and handle transactions with accuracy. Strive to meet or exceed sales goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Help maintain inventory accuracy through diligent point of sale practices. Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices and standards. Participate in daily service processes, including cash balancing and supply management.
