A typical day in this role includes: Identifying and understanding customers' needs while recommending the appropriate ACE products and services. Communicating effectively with customers, empathizing with their needs, and building strong trust. Delivering exceptional customer service to cultivate lasting relationships. Managing various services such as cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services, which may vary by store. Maintaining a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work independently and take accountability for store performance. Building trust with customers is crucial, so active listening, effective communication, and empathy are essential to provide exceptional service. A solid understanding of diverse financial products and services offered by ACE is vital. Candidates with two or more years of retail experience are preferred, and proficiency in Spanish is beneficial in many locations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Travel Requirements: Travel is mostly local, but may include visiting more than one store in a single day as needed. Physical Demands: The physical demands for this role include standing for long periods, sitting, walking, reaching, bending, and engaging in effective verbal communication and active listening. Employees should be able to see clearly at various distances and adjust focus as necessary. There may be occasional lifting or moving of items up to 25 lbs. Additionally, employees may be required to work in a confined area for 10-12 hours, subject to state labor laws.
