Your key responsibilities include: Engaging customers with trust and commitment from the moment they walk in to post-sale follow-up. Applying best-selling techniques for retail items, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals. Encouraging team selling and positively influencing store sales and metrics. Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance, including merchandise stock counts. Operating the cash register and managing point-of-sale transactions. Physical Requirements: You should be able to stand and walk for most of your shift, frequently bend and lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders to reach merchandise or supplies. Being able to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors is essential. You may also have the chance to work at multiple store locations and across various brands.
