Required Open Availability About the Role: In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the point of sale and customer service processes. Your focus will be on delivering efficient operations and a memorable customer experience. What You'll Do: Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and offer assistance with products and services. Operate the cash register, accurately scan items, bag merchandise, and manage different payment methods. Consistently apply point of sale and customer service standards, ensuring fast and friendly service. Achieve individual goals, such as credit and loyalty program enrollments. Ensure inventory accuracy by completing all required point of sale and merchandise handling practices. Assist in training new hires on the service team, sharing process best practices and proper point of sale procedures. Participate in daily service tasks, including cash balancing and supply replenishment. Using good judgment while making decisions and collaborating with team members when needed. Having a customer-centric mindset and anticipating customer needs while resolving any issues. No prior retail experience is necessary; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are valued. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
