This role also includes maintaining store cleanliness and adhering to pet safety standards and the direct care of pets within our store. Key Responsibilities Engage with pet parents, providing assistance both in-person and online. Welcome customers, answer inquiries, and assist them throughout their shopping experience. Prepare online orders for in-store pickup and ensure a smooth collection process. Care for store-owned pets, including feeding, cleaning habitats, and monitoring health. Ensure high cleanliness standards across the store. Assist with pricing changes and promotional displays. Organize and stock new products according to sales floor plans. Encourage and sell merchandise, services, and live pets. Administer medication to store pets as per veterinarian instructions. Promote special events like adoption weekends and charity activities. Maintain a safe environment for associates, pets, and customers. Respond promptly to sick or injured animals in-store and assist with their care.
