Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and communicate inventory needs to management. Assist in marketing merchandise according to our advertising, promotional, and display strategies. Execute daily operations with efficiency and integrity. Adhere to Lori's Gifts policies and procedures, ensuring accurate cash and credit transactions using our POS system. Minimum age of 16 years; minors must comply with state or federal work regulations and obtain work permits as necessary. Preferred one year of work experience. Strong communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation or public transport access to arrive on time. Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. Previous experience in specialty or big box retail is a plus.
