Job Responsibilities: Schedule weekly tasks to meet objectives efficiently. Execute retail merchandising tasks as planned. Perform tasks in a cost-effective manner. Accurately report completed retail tasks using designated systems on the same day. Effectively communicate with store personnel regarding tasks, sales activities, and promotions. Complete required training and certification programs. Engage with CROSSMARK's communication tools for planning and reporting work. Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned. Participate in team activities and client collaborations. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates. Ensure proper maintenance of all company equipment. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and responsibilities. This position is not expected to exceed 24 hours per week, subject to business needs. Qualifications: Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; prior retail experience preferred but not required. Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. Physical tasks include moving items, building fixtures, and reorganizing products according to plan-o-grams. Computer Skills: Proficient with personal computers, Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Tools: Daily internet access, printer, and reliable transportation required. Personal Vehicle: Must have a valid driver's license and adequate insurance for business-related travel. Background Check: Subject to a standard background and drug screening as needed. Work Environment: Retail store atmosphere with some travel involved.
