Build strong relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale follow-up. Demonstrate effective selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals. Encourage team selling to positively impact store sales and achieve our goals. Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts. Handle transactions efficiently as a cashier at the point of sale. What You Bring: A desire to learn and adapt to new programs. The ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of your shift. Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Climbing ladders to reach merchandise or supplies. Capability to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors. Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.75/hr. We consider individual skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. This pay is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws.
