In this part-time role, you will work on behalf of our Fortune 500 Client in various Big Box Retailers, primarily within an assigned territory. Your key responsibility will be to enhance the sales of our client's leading national brands. The perfect candidate for this Retail Sales position is independent, ambitious, and possesses the confidence necessary to influence key decision-makers at store locations. Responsibilities Achieve and surpass sales targets by managing product inventory effectively. Collaborate with store management utilizing the latest technology to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Align efforts with client objectives to ensure brand integrity. Organize your time effectively to cover all store calls within your designated area. Communicate efficiently with CROSSMARK management and retail partners to build strong relationships. Handle merchandising responsibilities as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent job-related experience. Basic familiarity with retail merchandising and sales processes. A proactive self-starter with a results-oriented mindset. Strong sense of urgency and passion for achieving goals. Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of store personnel. Excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking with great attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands. Capable of both working independently and effectively contributing to a team. Requirements Access to the internet and phone on a daily basis. Reliable transportation to cover your assigned sales territory within a 50-mile radius. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and construct displays. What We Offer Competitive hourly wage.
