Your Responsibilities: Become an expert on our products and brands to assist families from preemie sizes to size 14. Greet customers warmly and guide them through our product offerings. Maintain a strong customer focus and enhance the shopping experience on the sales floor. Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers. Model service excellence and assist in raising team performance through coaching. Lead a designated business focus area with effective planning and follow-through. Serve as a Leader on Duty, ensuring results are met and customer concerns are addressed promptly. Use customer feedback to identify improvements and drive results. Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including credit options. Provide feedback to support team performance and highlight outstanding contributions. Work with the team on Asset Protection by maintaining high standards of service and safety. Ideal Candidate Traits: A positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask efficiently. Proficiency in computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.). Diverse skills and experiences are welcomed. A high school diploma or GED is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders as needed. Availability for shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
