You will play a key role in driving sales growth through a variety of responsibilities, including assisting customers, managing merchandise, and supporting operational excellence. Your dedication to stellar service will ensure that every customer feels valued and supported during their shopping journey. Responsibilities: Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers in-store and online. Engage actively with customers to demonstrate exceptional selling behaviors. Greet every customer with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive attitude at all times. Recognize and respond to customer cues effectively. Educate customers on loyalty programs, current promotions, and product offerings to encourage sales. Uphold company branding by treating customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism. Aim to achieve or exceed sales goals associated with store initiatives. Assist with receiving merchandise in a timely and organized manner. Help maintain a clean and efficient sales floor and stockroom. Support accurate merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory levels. Qualifications: Energetic, competitive, and driven to succeed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Capability to read and understand company directives and manuals. Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule based on business needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Capacity to use a ladder to reach products or display materials. Frequent ability to move and stock products in both stockroom and sales floor. Ability to stand and assist customers for extended periods. Effective communication with customers in person, digitally, and over the phone. Physical capability to lift and move merchandise weighing 50 pounds or more. Proficient in operating Point of Sale systems and related technology.
