Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Retail Sales Consultant to join our Dedicated Team, representing a Fortune 500 Client at prominent Big Box Retailers. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for boosting sales of national leading brands while ensuring exceptional client standards. This position entails servicing retail accounts within your assigned territory to maximize sales volume. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and possesses strong sales skills, enabling effective influence over key decision-makers at the store level. This opportunity allows you to work with CROSSMARK, a leader in North America’s sales and marketing sector. Key Responsibilities Achieve and surpass sales goals by maintaining adequate product inventory. Engage with store management and utilize the latest technology to enhance sales and client satisfaction. Adhere to client objectives while efficiently managing time and store call schedules. Foster effective communication with both CROSSMARK management and retail personnel, building strong relationships. Perform merchandising duties as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent job-related experience. Basic understanding of retail merchandising and sales techniques. Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset. Strong drive, urgency, and passion for success. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, comfortable engaging with various store personnel. Proven time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently while supporting team success. Requirements Daily access to the internet and a phone. Reliable transportation is essential for traveling within a 50-mile radius of your territory.
