Key Details: Anticipated hourly rate: $14.50, based on various factors including location, skills, education, and experience. Eligible for limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. 401k plan with company matching. Accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, plus sick time up to 64 hours per year. Respectful scheduling during operating hours of 6am - 10pm. Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Stable employment with opportunities for growth and promotion. What You’ll Do: Provide an excellent experience for our customers. Handle various sales transactions efficiently. Encourage customers to engage with our company programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Perform other duties as needed. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Adhere to attendance policies. Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely climb up/down ladders. Capability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds, and stand or move for the entire shift.
