Your Day at Lowe's In this role, you will warmly welcome customers, assist them in locating products, and ensure their needs are met effectively. You will spend the majority of your time addressing customer inquiries, organizing merchandise, and occasionally loading goods. Customer Service Associates are assigned to various departments based on their skills and the store's needs, including Appliances, Hardware, Plumbing, and more. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service to customers. Assist customers in finding and handling merchandise. Restock shelves to maintain inventory levels. Accurately process orders and deliveries. Participate in cross-training to enhance service delivery. Prepare merchandise based on customer requests (e.g., mixing paint, cutting materials). Guide customers through their shopping or checkout experience. Complete additional tasks as needed. Minimum Qualifications At least 6 months of experience with computer usage. Basic understanding of retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets. Skills in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic. Able to stand, sit, and perform necessary job duties. Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted or more with help. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of experience in retail or customer service. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
