Job Summary Join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, where your main goal will be to provide outstanding customer service! You will create a welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is both enjoyable and memorable. Your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products will shine as you assist customers in finding unique gifts, cards, and wonderful wrapping options. What You’ll Do - Welcome customers with friendly and genuine service. - Engage thoughtfully by asking open-ended questions and offering product recommendations. - Maintain an inviting store atmosphere by supporting visual merchandising and replenishment standards. - Promote key campaigns and services effectively. - Continuously educate yourself on products using our training tools to enhance the customer experience. - Follow inventory and loss prevention protocols to protect company assets. - Perform physical duties, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and more.
