About the Role Join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, where you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service at the point of sale. What You'll Do Warmly greet customers and assist them with their product and service needs, operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and manage various payment methods. Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service while adhering to company standards for point of sale and customer service. Achieve individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty sign-ups. Contribute to inventory accuracy by following proper merchandise handling procedures. Assist in the training of new associates, demonstrating best practices and compliance with Kohl's brand standards. What Skills You Have Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. No previous retail experience required. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, and occasionally over 50 lbs. with assistance.
