YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our diverse customers is key to our success. In collaboration with your manager, you'll work to boost sales and uphold our high merchandising standards. Specific responsibilities include: Welcoming customers and actively listening to their needs. Maintaining stocked inventory levels on the sales floor and communicating with your manager for ordering needs. Effectively marketing merchandise by implementing advertising, promotional strategies, and display plans. Executing daily operational tasks with efficiency and integrity. Implementing and communicating Lori's Gifts policies and procedures. Processing cash and credit transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Performing additional duties as assigned.
