Your tasks may include: Welcoming customers to Lowe's and providing friendly, professional service. Helping customers locate and handle merchandise. Restocking shelves and maintaining inventory. Accurately processing orders and deliveries. Training in various departments to enhance customer service. Preparing merchandise as needed, such as mixing paint or cutting materials. Guiding customers through shopping and checkout. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 6 months experience using a computer and retail technology like smartphones and tablets. Basic math skills (addition and subtraction). Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of retail or customer service experience. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus. Certification in a relevant trade is advantageous. Work Environment This position may involve working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
