Why This Role Matters: This part-time Sales Associate position offers a chance to make a substantial impact! You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, driving sales while ensuring the store remains inviting and organized. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, from a warm greeting to a seamless checkout process. Help customers find the perfect footwear and apparel by sharing your knowledge and passion for our products. Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment. Assist in stock management and store presentation. Be adaptable, working both front and back of the store as needed. Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA). Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Comfortable using technology, such as computers and mobile devices. Strong communication skills. Ability to fulfill the key responsibilities of the role.
