Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales and meet customer needs. Building strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently while handling customer inquiries and returns with professionalism. Maintaining attractive merchandise displays and keeping the store tidy and organized through daily restocking and recovery efforts. Enhancing your skills and product knowledge with our training resources and team feedback. Staying informed about products, promotions, and store events to provide customers with up-to-date information. Contributing to a positive team environment by fostering connections with colleagues and celebrating successes together. Supporting store operations, including product placement and promotional setups, as needed. Adhering to safety guidelines and asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensure a secure shopping environment.
