What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every customer and assisting them in finding products. Maximize sales potential through effective communication and knowledgeable product recommendations. Build customer loyalty by capturing data for our PE Loyalty Program. Maintain an upbeat store atmosphere through positive interactions with customers and staff. Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing while ensuring constant customer engagement. Be punctual and flexible with your work schedule, effectively following company policies. Collaborate with management to maintain visual standards and product replenishment. Requirements: A positive and energetic attitude. Previous retail experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
