Store Name: Springfield Responsibilities We are looking for dynamic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholders to join our team and provide our customers with an outstanding shopping experience. As a keyholder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly. Execute essential opening and closing tasks, including balancing cash registers and securing the store. Process sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Keep the sales floor, checkout, fitting rooms, and stockroom clean and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Follow all safety and policy guidelines to guarantee a secure environment for both associates and customers. Support product merchandising and promotional changes according to company standards. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly or escalating them when necessary. Drive participation in credit and loyalty programs by educating customers on their benefits. Be adaptable and ready to assist in various functions as directed by management. Required Experience & Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience; minimum 6 months preferred. Proficient in the use of technology, including registers and iPads. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Meets physical requirements. Critical Skills & Attributes Prior retail experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with shoppers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engagement with customers and team members. Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
