Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers to build lasting relationships from the initial greeting to post-sale follow-up Consistently applying benchmark selling techniques in retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals Participating in team selling to positively impact store sales and metrics goals Assisting with visual merchandising and store-related projects, including merchandise stock counts Handling the cash register and performing cashier duties at the point of sale Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Climbing a ladder to access merchandise and supplies Ability to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00/hr.
