Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers through every stage of their journey, from greeting to post-sale follow-up Demonstrating excellent selling techniques in retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals Contributing to team selling efforts and positively influencing store sales goals Assisting with visual merchandising, setups, merchandise stock counts, and other store projects Handling transactions at the cash register Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of your shift Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
