As a Retail Sales Associate, you will: Engage with customers and build relationships from greeting to post-sale contact. Demonstrate effective selling techniques for retail sales and custom clothing. Participate in team selling to achieve store sales goals. Assist with visual merchandising and other store projects. Manage transactions at the cash register. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of your shift, bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders for merchandise, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
