About the Role As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency. You'll ensure speedy service at the point of sale while creating a delightful shopping experience for every customer. What You'll Do Warmly greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and services. Efficiently operate the cash register, scan items, and process various payment methods while maintaining accuracy. Aim to meet or exceed individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Support inventory accuracy by diligently completing point of sale and merchandise management tasks. Assist in training newly hired team members, sharing best practices and ensuring adherence to our standards. Participate in daily operations tasks, including cash balancing and supply replenishment.
