Your Day at Lowe's: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will welcome guests, assist them in finding the right products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Your tasks may vary by department, and you may work in areas such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly and professional service. Help customers locate and handle merchandise. Restock shelves and maintain product displays. Process orders and ensure timely delivery of merchandise. Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service. Prepare products as needed, including tinting paint and cutting materials. Assist customers throughout their shopping experience. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience using a computer for data entry and management. 6 months experience with common retail technology like smartphones and tablets. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions. Willingness to stand, sit, and move as required for the job. Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted, or over 25 lbs with assistance. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of retail or customer service experience. Bilingual skills are a plus. Certifications in relevant trades such as plumbing, electrical, or home improvement.
