Your Responsibilities Will Include: Wow Our Customers: Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals at all times. Deliver Results: Sell high-quality beauty brands and inform customers about promotions and product features; assist with merchandise processing, store appearance, and inventory management. Become an Expert: Acquire knowledge about our products and share exciting trends in the beauty industry. Collaborate Effectively: Work harmoniously within a team to meet goals and priorities. Requirements: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous retail or related experience is strongly preferred. Basic reading and math skills are necessary. Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems; SAP experience is a plus. Availability to work weekends as per scheduling needs. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk throughout the store during your shift.
