We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Part-Time Retail Key Holder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take on essential responsibilities critical to our daily operations and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the Store Manager in opening and closing the store Ensuring the store is secure and alarm systems are functioning properly Managing cash and credit card transactions and performing daily cash reconciliations Maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular inventory audits Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, inquiries, and returns/exchanges Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing Assisting in the execution of daily tasks and ensuring completion Training and mentoring new team members Performing any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager What you bring to the role: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, with a strong focus on visual merchandising Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills and familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems are a plus This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.50 - $19.
