Your Responsibilities: Wow the Customer: Provide exceptional customer service to Salon professionals. Deliver Results: Sell top-tier professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, and maintain store appearance. Be an Expert: Acquire product knowledge and share trends with customers. Act with Integrity: Always maintain a high standard of integrity. Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills. Retail or relevant experience preferred. Basic reading and math skills. Experience with computerized point of sale systems; SAP experience preferred. Availability to work weekends as required. Must be 18 years or older and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand/walk throughout the scheduled shift.
