Your Role and Responsibilities: Wow the Customer - Provide consistent, exceptional service to our salon professional clientele. Deliver Results - Promote and sell top beauty brands, inform customers about promotions and events, manage merchandise, and maintain store presentation. Requirements: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Prior retail experience is strongly preferred. Basic reading and math proficiency. Familiarity with point of sale systems; SAP experience is a plus. Availability to work weekends as required. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Capability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to stand and walk throughout your scheduled shift.
