Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and restock shelves and merchandise displays. Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their experience. Provide management with feedback on products, inventory issues, and more. Participate in inventory counts as per guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy. Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and ensure security. Stock Merchandise Responsibilities: Stock shelves and rotate products to guarantee freshness. Follow merchandising planograms to create attractive displays. Organize new inventory and manage empty boxes efficiently. Operate machinery while following all safety protocols. Retail Associate Responsibilities: Assist with Curbside Shopping orders. Perform duties as both cashier and stock merchandise team member. Physical Demands: Ability to regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store. Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights. Qualifications: You must be at least 18 years old. Provide prompt and courteous customer service. Perform general cleaning duties to meet company standards. Effectively interpret and apply company policies and procedures. Excellent verbal communication skills are required. Able to work both independently and in a team environment. Strong time management skills. Knowledge of company products and services. Cashiers must operate cash registers with accuracy. Stock Merchandise team members need morning availability, with shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
