Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers in a friendly manner and understanding their needs. Promoting the DSW Loyalty program and enrolling new members. Assisting customers with product inquiries and processing transactions. Creating a Positive In-Store Experience: Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment for all customers. Handle inventory tasks, including receiving freight and stocking merchandise according to DSW standards. Utilizing Technology: Efficiently assist customers with in-store and digital services. Fulfill orders by locating, inspecting, and prepping merchandise for pickup or delivery. Customer First Approach: Follow DSW’s policies while processing transactions and managing cash accurately. Address customer concerns professionally and partner with the CEL as needed. Bring Energy and Fun: Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
