Your Responsibilities As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you'll play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience: Warmly greet every customer, offering tailored assistance that meets their needs. Introduce customers to the benefits of our Loyalty program and assist with enrollment. Answer inquiries about products and facilitate transactions, whether they are in-store or digital. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment, including tidying aisles and ensuring the cash wrap area is presentable. Receive incoming merchandise and ensure it’s displayed on the sales floor according to DSW standards. Assist with the fulfillment process, ensuring products are packaged and labeled correctly for pickup or delivery. Utilize technology effectively to engage with customers and manage inventory.
