Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and practices. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute positively to a vibrant work environment. Build lasting relationships with customers, from greeting to post-sale follow-up. Utilize advanced selling techniques in retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals. Participate in team selling initiatives to drive store sales and achieve key performance metrics. Assist with visual merchandising, store set up, and participate in stock counts. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of your shift Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting Lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders to access merchandise Ability to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors You may have the opportunity to work voluntarily across multiple store locations and brands. The pay range for this position is $15.00-$18.75/hr, depending on skills, background, and experience.
