Monitoring product freshness and communicating spoilage or waste effectively to team leaders and buyers. Completing necessary documentation such as spoilage, sampling, and temperature worksheets. Participating in periodic inventory checks. Reporting safety hazards immediately and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
