Schedule: 8am - 5p, 20 hours/week.
Start Date: 9/1/25.
Pay: $54-$60/hour depending on experience.

We re seeking a compassionate and self-driven Physical Therapist to join our collaborative pediatric team in a part-time, school-based role. This position plays a vital role in closing a care gap for children and young adults (ages 3-21) with chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, focusing on ongoing therapy not acute rehab.

• Deliver physical therapy services to pediatric clients with chronic care needs in a school-based setting.

• Develop and implement individualized, long-term treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, office staff, and school personnel.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using e-Clinical EMR.

• Participate in a self-guided onboarding process, including DHCS policy review and orientation to documentation standards.

• Manage a caseload aligned with Title 22, Section 41517.5 of the California Code of Regulations.

• Active California PT License.

• Minimum 1 year of experience treating pediatric patients (required for CCS paneling eligibility).

• Background in school-based, outpatient, or home health pediatric therapy.

• Familiarity with conditions like cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other CCS-qualifying diagnoses.

• Experience providing therapy in chronic care settings.

• Comfortable working independently within a semi-autonomous onboarding structure.

• CCS paneled or CCS paneling-eligible.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to seek support when needed.

• A deep commitment to compassionate, equitable care for children with special healthcare needs.
