We are currently looking for a committed and responsible part-time Security Officer to join our team at a manufacturing client site in Franklin, NH. Current Opening: Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Key Responsibilities: Patrol and Monitoring: Regularly patrol the facility’s premises to ensure a safe environment for all employees and visitors, and monitor security cameras and alarms for suspicious activities. Access Control: Manage and monitor access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the building. Check identification badges and maintain visitor logs. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergency situations, and alarms. Assist in resolving security-related issues and report findings to management. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and observations, and prepare detailed reports as required. Emergency Procedures: Follow all emergency procedures for evacuations, medical emergencies, and other critical situations. Collaborate with local authorities as necessary. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all security policies and conduct regular security checks to identify potential risks or hazards. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and security personnel to ensure a coordinated approach to safety across the site. Qualifications: Experience: Previous security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and observational skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively. Certifications: Security guard certification or related training is a plus. A valid NH State Guard Card or the ability to apply for the license is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, patrol the facility, and respond to emergencies.
