Job Summary You will be responsible for general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving items from the sales floor to the staging area, utilizing handheld scanners to verify merchandise counts, and operating equipment. As an Omni Experience Ambassador, you will engage in digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities: Process member purchases efficiently by pulling items from pick lists and using an RF scanner. Communicate about inventory issues or equipment concerns when identified. Collaborate with team members to maintain stock levels. Timely completion of order picking to meet productivity requirements. Achieve individual performance goals while adhering to operational standards for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club. Package orders securely per standard procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the SFC area, including regular housekeeping tasks. Securely process returns and determine the appropriate course of action. Adhere to all club policies, including a proper dress code. Meet OMNI productivity expectations for service levels and performance metrics. Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-departmental work as necessary. Regular, predictable attendance is essential for this role. Qualifications: Previous experience in order pulling is preferred. Experience in big-box or wholesale retail is advantageous. Familiarity with RF scanners is preferred. Job Conditions: Frequent movement on hard surfaces, including bending, climbing, and reaching. Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds regularly, and greater weights with assistance. Work environment may include exposure to loud equipment and temperature extremes. Occasional exposure to cleaning agents. Estimated compensation for this position starts at $16.50.
