What We Are Seeking We're on the lookout for independently licensed clinicians who are eager to make a difference and grow alongside us. We encourage applications from: Providers ready to see 15-21 clients per week
Behavioral health generalists (those open to working with couples and children, with our support)
Clinicians who value independence yet enjoy being part of a collaborative team
Those interested in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Individuals of strong character who value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care
Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Maryland
Must reside and hold licensing in the state where services are offered
Compensation: Up to $58,400, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonuses.
