What You'll Do: Assist the Store Manager in meeting the sales plan and achieving all sales goals, ensuring a balance between targets and customer satisfaction. Help in recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate and collaborative team to run your store effectively. Create excitement in the store through product promotions, social media engagement, and by utilizing services such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Lead operational excellence by overseeing smooth business operations, management of payroll hours, shrink/loss prevention, and scheduling of associates. Collaborate with retail leadership and headquarters partners to analyze trends and gather customer feedback. Utilize sales reports and data to refine strategies that lead to successful sales results. Merchandise the store creatively using planograms and ensure timely promotion launches to maximize customer interest. Develop a dedicated team of associates who are high-performing and customer-focused, working alongside your Store Manager. What You'll Need: A minimum of 1-2 years of retail store management experience. A passion for music and pop culture is a plus! Proven track record in leading teams and achieving success, along with strong communication, recruiting, and operational skills (including payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising). Exceptional time management, professionalism, and a drive to develop your team members. A high school diploma or GED. A degree is an added advantage. The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment and handle unexpected situations with ease. Ability to navigate the store, utilize store equipment for merchandising, and lift boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
