As a Level 2 Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in reaching sales targets while fostering a memorable in-store experience for our customers and team members. Help recruit, train, and nurture a dynamic and passionate team. Be the store's biggest promoter by engaging customers with new products through social media and unique in-store promotions. Lead with a focus on operational excellence, balancing delegating tasks and maintaining customer-first service. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and employee schedules to ensure efficient operations. Communicate effectively with retail leadership and headquarters regarding trends and customer feedback. Utilize sales reports and data to inform strategies for meeting sales targets. Merchandise the store compellingly, strictly adhering to planograms, and timely launch promotions. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop a high-performing team committed to customer service. What You'll Need 1-2 years of retail management experience. Proven leadership success with strong communication and operational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and maintain professionalism. A high school diploma or GED; a college degree is a plus. Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment. Physical ability to navigate the store and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Compensation for this position ranges from $19.95 to $22.95 per hour, depending on factors such as education, location, and experience.
