In this role, you will be vital in supporting our store leadership team by providing outstanding customer service, training new hires, and assisting in daily operations aimed at achieving our sales objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: Creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty by utilizing your extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Contributing to daily store operations by engaging with customers on the sales floor and providing support to management as necessary. Managing the opening and closing of the store with responsibility. Handling sales transactions and promoting additional sales through offerings like Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and curbside pickup. Understanding and working with sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help achieve our sales goals. Assisting in store layout adjustments and visual merchandising. Keeping management updated on current fashion and music trends. Collaborating with management to maintain store security and reduce theft. Ensuring both the stockroom and retail space remain organized and tidy. Fostering a motivated and collaborative team environment. Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with a strong passion for music and pop culture preferred. Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills. High school diploma or GED is required. Capability to navigate the store, organize merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.
