Position Overview: You will report to the Store Manager and/or Customer Experience Leader (CEL) and play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to every customer. Key Responsibilities: Greet every customer warmly, personalizing their shopping experience based on their cues and needs. Enroll new members in our DSW Loyalty program, showcasing its benefits. Assist with product inquiries and complete transactions for in-store and digital orders. Maintain a neat and safe shopping environment by executing cleaning tasks and organizing the sales floor and stockroom. Receive and process inbound shipments, ensuring products are displayed according to DSW standards. Utilize company technology for product searching and customer engagement. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Participate in daily team meetings and remain open to continual learning and feedback. Skills and Qualifications: Availability to meet the business needs is essential. Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work efficiently and effectively within time constraints. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using technology, including registers and mobile devices. Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Experience: No prior retail experience is necessary - we provide training! The estimated pay range for this position is $18.20 to $19.20. Actual pay will reflect factors like experience and skills.
