Job Summary: As a CNA, you will provide resident-centered personal care, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities. You will monitor vital signs, assist with meals, document care activities, and maintain a clean living environment for residents. Your role also includes encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs, ensuring a positive, supportive experience for each individual. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory. Minimum age of 16. Prior nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus. CNA certification required; training provided! Ongoing education and competency testing are essential.
