Key Responsibilities: Support residents with daily care activities including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining assistance, and mobility. Engage residents through meaningful conversation and participation in activities. Collaborate with the nursing team to address all resident care needs. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents by assisting with room upkeep. Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification: Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration. Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for working with seniors. Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. Must be in good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
