Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and dining. Engage with residents through meaningful interaction and participation in programs and activities. Collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure all resident care needs are fulfilled. Uphold a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents by maintaining their rooms and communal areas. Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification: Active Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration. Experience and dedication to working with seniors. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Skill in cultivating positive relationships with residents and fellow staff. Must be in good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
