Position Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents, assisting them with daily activities, and fostering their overall well-being. We are looking for caring and committed individuals to join our innovative team and make a difference in the lives of our seniors. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with all personal care needs including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and participate in programs and activities to enhance their quality of life. Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure proper resident care and support. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, assisting residents in keeping their living spaces tidy. Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification: Must have a current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration. A passion for working with seniors and previous experience preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks which may include pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Possess strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Must be in good physical and emotional health and free from communicable diseases.
